About Us

Irrigation Technical Services, Inc. (ITS) was formed in 1999 to focus on the needs of our construction customers following the initial installation. Owners, developers, HOA’s, CDD’s and Professional Property Managers contract with Irrigation Technical Services to service and manage their irrigation systems. ITS employs factory trained technicians in the operation and servicing of central control water management, large pump stations and irrigation equipment. Preventive maintenance and emergency repairs are performed on the entire irrigation system; ranging from sprinkler heads, piping, control valves, control wires, decoders, field controllers, central hardware/software, communication devices, to pump stations. Daily remote monitoring technology allows ITS to recognize a situation before it becomes a problem. Customers are immediately notified of the occurrence and the corrective action being taken. The distribution of water resources is restricted by day of the week schedules and/or limited quantities regulated by the District Water Authority. Irrigation Technical Services monitors daily weather conditions (ET), rainfall and soil moisture content releasing the amount of water essential to sustain a thriving landscape. In order to maintain compliance with local agencies, service and water usage records are recorded by ITS and the required information conveyed to the Water Authority.
